UNITED STATES SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Items will be shipped USPS First Class (2-5 Business Days) and include Tracking and Delivery Confirmation.
Custom Beauty Designs will not take responsibility for any lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered items. We are not affiliated with the USPS and cannot take responsibility for their treatment of your package.
All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are on the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.
If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering.
INSURANCE:
It is the customer's responsibility to ask and pay for Insurance or any shipping upgrades desired. Please send us a Conversation PRIOR to purchase to make arrangements for these upgrades ahead of time. Insurance is available for 10% of the declared value of your parcel.

BRASS AND COPPER:
Any Brass or Copper necklaces may cause skin to turn green. This is a normal part of the wear of this type of metal as it is not precious. A coat of CLEAR NAIL POLISH will usually work to remedy this problem so you can wear your Brass and Copper jewelry for years of happiness!
COMPUTER SCREEN VARIATION:
Please know that different computer screens will have different settings. The images we provide are accurate to the true color of the item according to OUR computer screen, but factors such as your screen settings/model/age of computer may all create a slightly different color of the items than they truly are.
